Located on Level 37 at 201 Elizabeth Street, this 444 sqm workplace enjoys sweeping views across the Sydney skyline. The project transforms an existing commercial tenancy by thoughtfully retaining and repurposing key meeting rooms, while introducing entirely new finishes, bespoke joinery, furniture, lighting, and styling to create a contemporary and refined workplace.

Inspired by the richness of espresso, the design explores depth, warmth, and sophistication through a carefully curated palette of deep mocha, warm caramel, and soft crema tones. Layered textures, natural timber, tactile textiles, and elegant stone finishes create a sensory experience that is both calming and energising.

Clean architectural lines and timeless material selections establish a quiet sense of luxury, while the reuse of existing elements reflects a considered and sustainable design approach. The result is a workplace that feels grounded yet elevated—balancing functionality, comfort, and enduring elegance in a space designed to inspire its occupants every day.
