Located on Level 01, this EOT facilities brought a fresh perspective by consolidating existing bathrooms which were fully demolished to create a dynamic male facility and utilizing a portion of the vacant floor for the female counterpart.
Overcoming challenges in service installations and minimal disruption to the tenants, these facilities facilities that are not only functional but also vibrant, introducing two distinctive colour schemes with consistency, ensuring the atmosphere is uplifting, creating a positive end-of-day experience for all users.
Every element in the project was meticulously chosen to strike a balance between aesthetics and functionality. Introducing colour, textures, lights and graphic design the end result is a facility that reflects our commitment to creating spaces that inspire and energize.
